The façade of this modern house uses a mix of stone, wood and full-size glazing. The lot properties define the form of the house, creating two and a half story modern composition with protruding canopies, clear glass railings, wood cladding, and stone walls. The basement has a separate front entrance and walks out the exit to the rear yard. The ground floor also includes a one car garage with some extra storage space. Open threaded stairs with glass guardrails and stone back-facing leads to the second story bright corridor that has atrium openings for natural light.
Realistic renderings were created to envision the proportions of the house looking from the street view and rear yard. The renderings also helped to choose surface materials for the exterior and pick colors for the canopies and glazing.
