This house was built in place of one-story bungalow and went through the process of approval at the Committee of Adjustment to maximize the allowable building area. The front facade features traditional style roof lines and trim work, and predominant masonry chimney taking center stage. The house is clad in natural stone on the front and brick on the sides.
Existing trees on the site were preserved to enhance the curb appeal of this new home. The colors and natural materials of the house make it a great fit within the surrounding context.
