The Albemarle Residence  was designed with a challenging site in mind. A large slope to the rear of the lot created obstacles in the design phase, which included dealing with zoning and the committee of adjustments. With careful planning and clever design, we achieved a home that not only complied with city ordinances but thrived thanks to them.  

The house capitalizes on its narrow lot, creating a wonderfully proportioned front facade with a modern front bay that adds a contemporary play off of traditional homes found nearby. The homes towering rear provides multi-level activity with access to some of the most incredible views Toronto's Riverdale neighborhood has to offer.
