The West Street Residence is a modern home located in the Bronte area, in Oakville, which set a trend as one of the first modern builds in the area. Built in collaboration with Rovimat Group Inc., this project was built with unique features such as an open concept first floor, glass elevator and an open to below area with a bridge with clear glass guardrails, connecting the bedrooms on the second floor and 30ft high living space area.

The 2 story open hallway that goes from the front to the rear of the house, allows the uniform natural light exposure on each level, as well as the view into the backyard finished with an in-ground pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and cabana.
