Dunraven Drive is a project near and dear to us here at Epic. It is located next door to our office, and it is home to our firm's Principal Marco Vieira, his wife Lina, and his two daughters.

In collaboration with Rovimat Group Inc., this project utilized the design & build project delivery method. As a result, Epic was able to have total control over building integrity, finishes, overall construction quality, airtightness, building envelope quality, and maintaining the design vision within the constraints of a timeline and budget throughout the entire construction process.
