Dunraven Laneway is a project near and dear to us here at Epic. It is located at rear of our office. As a result, the Epic team was able to have total control over finishes, overall construction quality and maintaining the design vision within the constraints of a timeline and budget throughout the entire construction process.

This project demonstrates the potential that laneway suites have to provide long term urban living solution by using the second floor as a rental unit, while allowing the homeowner to have full access to the first floor for storage and parking.
